How is this in the New & Noteworthy section? The most recent episode is in 2015. I'm typing this in 2018.
I've been getting a little tired of the same old health podcast lately, and have cut most of them out because it started to be the same old thing over and over. This podcast is a nice refreshing take on fitness/health topics with the interviewing style they have going.

The one show I listened to had a doctor talking about plant based diet but the one girl kept interrupting an I found her really annoying.
This is such a different kind of fitness podcast! The guests keep the podcast fresh and new each week. Michael and Robyn are relatable and inspiring! I look forward to this every week!
Love the show!
It's really interesting, and the hosts have great personalities. It covers a wide variety of health topics, the guests are interesting and funny, and it's never boring. I definitely recommend it!
Best fitness podcast and comedy. Robyn is a THOT though lol
I listen to this show on my daily run, it's entertaining and educational!
These two are great. Wonderfully funny, charming, and informative. I wish back episodes were available to download.
I dunno, like, after awhile, like, all I started hearing, like, was the word, like, over and over again, like, I was going, like, crazy, like,
These two bring out the best (or .. the worst..) ... the *entertainment* out of one another. Learned a thing or two along the way, it's all humor but it's not all BS. Thanks guys!
Great show. Good info too!
This left me wishing i were deaf. These people are morons.
