  • Miss the original episodes

I used to love this podcast when it was the anxiety guru show. It was my go-to for anxiety as I loved the old episodes which have now, disappointingly, been removed/replaced with new ones that sound too scripted. I miss the energy of the original episodes which felt warmer, real, and authentic. Still rating this podcast 5 stars as I’m grateful to the content Paul provided which helped me a lot on hard days, but really hoping he will bring the old episodes back.

  • Thank you

Paul Dooley helped me through my first ever bout of anxiety a decade ago. As there were not as many anxiety podcasts, youtube channels or information as there is now. After a decade and now perimenopause, anxiety is back so I’m glad he is too!

  • Thankful for you!

I listened back in the day & I kept you on my podcast feed in case you ever came back. Had to look twice today when I saw there was a new episode! I’m so happy you are starting up again! Can’t wait to listen & hear what’s new. My anxiety is so much better but I’m still gonna listen because this is still my comfort show. :)
