Can’t stop listening! And I love the voice to be honest! Makes it more creepy. I think that’s the gist.
Yikes. Like another reviewer noted, the narration is TERRIBLE. Like mockumentary/satire, over-the-top, theatre voice. How can you possibly be respectful to victims and loved ones when the tone is so ridiculous? You can’t! Do better. Gross.
Such a great podcast! Totally hooked.
I live true crime and am always looking for new podcasts. I was excited to listen to this one, but the narrator is absolutely horrible. I got a few minutes in and could not stand it. His voice is loud, gravely and grating. I won’t be listening.
One of my favorite true crime podcasts. The research is solid, the storytelling always keeps me hooked, and you can tell a lot of effort goes into every case. The narrator is honestly one of my favorite parts they’ve got an awesome voice that’s easy to listen to and makes every story even more engaging. Definitely one I’d recommend to any true crime fan.

A gripping true-crime series built on meticulous narration, archival audio, and investigative detail. Episodes concentrate on courtroom dynamics, forensic debates, and the ripple effects of high-profile cases, often weaving in interviews with investigators, family members, and forensic experts. The show stands out for its respectful treatment of victims, careful sourcing, and a multi-perspective approach that explores the human and societal consequences of complex crimes.
Across recent episodes, expect deep dives into forensic controversy (such as bite-mark analysis), the psychology of perpetrators, and the impact of online culture and media on investigations. A steady emphasis on archival material, legal processes, and survivor perspectiv... more
