I received the Talk Yoga training in person over a year ago now. My clients and I are both still reaping the benefits! I just love Talk Yoga so much. I am a yoga teacher and was always trying to find fun little ways to include yoga into my sessions while abiding by student goals and EBP. Talk Yoga has done all the work for me! I’m so excited about this podcast so I can just continue to learn more and explore questions and ideas I have that come up during my sessions (and planning)!
