As I get older it's becoming clear that the AARP information and news is becoming my most important daily read or listen. Thank you for anticipating my needs even when I haven't. Today's tip on hands is a perfect example. I've recently started having issues with them.
I always pay attention to the tips in case one can improve my life and even possibly extend my life a few more years.
I don’t like the snare tactics used in the emails that come unasked for. “Did you know that grapefruit…”
