Determined Inventor
I have always labeled my DI son determined. Just a thought.
I did the Working Genius assessment at work. It was so eye opening! I’d always felt like I could not hang with my other leadership friends because I never felt like I had good ideas and always felt inadequate when told to re-invent a project. Now I know W&I are my frustrations and my strengths are in G&E! The podcast has helped me understand myself and those around me so much better. Thank you to the WIDGET team!
Upbeat discussion about what's RIGHT with each person's aptitudes and inclinations and how we can all make work together more fulfilling.
This book and podcast provide great information.
I’ve worked menial jobs all my life (I am 57). Part of the reason is my wife had a better paying job and loves her work. And to be able to raise our kids without daycare (couldn’t afford it anyway) I worked opposite shifts as my wife.
Anyway, I feel like I was never able to enjoy work. I feel almost beat down to the point of feeling as though I have no genius.
Sometime I will take the assessment and maybe be amazed.
