Is it just me? I cannot make it through an entire episode. These guys are extremely boring and monotone. I get excited about the content them am turning it off after 5 min. This is important material but is presented poorly.
This is a can’t miss podcast for me. I learn something every time. Would love to hear you all talk about how leaders should deal with the effects of the desire for pay transparency in the workplace today and the effect on team dynamics.

One of the most formative podcasts for leaders. The powerful content has driven my development as a young leader and inspired me to focus more on leadership education.
Great episode on influence, more so about why do you want to be a leader. It is all about the people. Thank you for this podcast and all of the leadership lessons. I will continue to share this with people I come in contact with because we are all leaders. Thanks again. Darryl
