  • Paying attention to each bite DOES change everything

Each week I learn something new to be mindful about, and really just how important food is- more than just fuel for the body. The depth of conversations really makes you feel the weight of the protection of healthy food and the people growing it, and you can't help but feel the need to be a part of that. Bravo Dana! And thank you for teaching us more about the food system.
