I’m grateful to have found this podcast. I appreciate the grounded, heartfelt conversations Bryan has with his guests. Topics are relatable…not every podcast can make you feel calm while talking about anxiety, but this one does it. Keep up the great work.
Sometimes I just need a relaxing and authentic voice to talk about navigating mental health, no stats or brain dumps or shock values, just frank conversation and a little intrigue to keep me coming back.
Between his soothing voice and extremely open dialogue, I find this podcast to be such a safe haven as I work through my own mental health journey. His guidance is less “advice” and more “honest depiction of his journey” and it really does allow me to (as the title says) take what serves me and leave the rest. I get so excited everytime I get a notification of a new episode!
