Shaelene has a gift for asking the questions with an easy manner that engages both listeners and guests. Her show really is like sitting down in your living room with interesting people sharing the “tea” from their lives and experiences. I recommend it often!
I’m so impressed by this podcast! I am a therapist and am lucky to know Sharlene through professional networks. I gave her podcast a listen to be supportive. And wow- I found myself learning so much while being completely captivated by the episode! I have listened to 4 or 5 more and they all have been spot-on. This is a great educational tool for therapy clients and therapists alike. Thank you, Shaelene!!!
This review is on the Brainspotting episode with Vanessa Solis, LCSW. The episode was easy to follow and her curiosity and empathy was on point. Shaelene did a great job asking the right questions. I also appreciated the “realness” and authentic storytelling shared by Vanessa.
Awesome to listen to a host who is educated, genuine and relatable. The guests share themselves in ways that positively impact listeners.
Thanks for what you do and for sharing with the world.
Your voice reminds me of Delilah. These podcasts are very inspiring.
