More episodes, please!!
I hope many more of these are posted in the future. This program is an excellent, exiting, and insightful podcast. The narrator does an incredible job balancing technical details and education. As a new med student I really appreciate the level of medical detail without being overly technical. Thanks for a great podcast!
I wanted to add this going forward.. With everything going on right now with COVID-19 , all of our stressers in our lives, esp our jobs in the anesthesia world & healthcare professions period; I'd love to hopefully hear/see Dr. Frank Sweeny post more on here.. Listening to Strange Daze somehow was a little therapeutic for me(yes weird I know but those in our community may get where I'm coming from) and when we need to step back from the high alert fight or flight modes were in while working, I l... more
This doctor is a great storyteller! Keeps me on the edge of my seat, but is very good at summarizing what happened in a complete way. I love the way he discusses things with medical terminology, as I am in the medical field and can relate, but he also describes what he is talking about for people not in the field. I just wish there were more episodes.. I found this podcast 2 days ago and already flew through all episodes.
More episodes man!
Quality show and narration. Can’t wait for more episodes!
I LOVE this podcast! I’m a fellow physician and really admire Dr. Sweeney’s brutal honesty and enjoy his sense of humor. Bring on more episodes!!
Loved the first podcast episode. I was riveted ... cannot imagine having this career but find it fascinating
Love this! I can’t wait for the next one!
Outstanding (true) storytelling!
Delightful details of events in the operating room and delivery room.
When things go wrong, the doctor (if at fault) apologizes to the patient!
How refreshing; and....it decreases lawsuits!
Thank you, Frank and colleagues. Annie
AMAZING story-telling. I was hooked from the first few minutes of tuning in. Frank has an incredible way of telling the story and keeping you on the edge of your seat the whole podcast. As a healthcare professional, I appreciate the use of medical terminology and diagnoses. However, it's great to know that Frank has a way of explaining terms in broad and simple ways as to not overwelm the listener. HIghly reccomend. Can't wait to continute to hear more, I am now in deprivation mode after listeni... more
