Just came across this. It’s the only podcast i wanna listen to. Educative and realistic. Thank you
Important topics, but nothing really new or insightful.
Unsuspectingly addictive & brilliant!
I've learned quite a lot from this podcast. It's quick and to the point and doesn't waste my time trying to tell 5 stories about each idea and hyping me on how cool what they're saying is. A problem I've found with many social skills books. You'll learn about validation, boundary setting, what conversation actually is and listening skills. I've benefitted from learning more about the first three.
As thanks for the education I have bought one of Patrick's books on audible.
Very much appreciated
