Iāve been listening to Simonās podcast for a couple of years. No matter the topic or guest, itās always interesting and full of valuable information and advice. As an older (60+) athlete who wants to continue running and lifting to my best ability, his most recent episodes have been particularly relevant. Keep up the brilliant work!
Iāve enjoyed all the podcasts that Iāve listened to. They are brilliant in terms of education and knowledge in a vast array of subjects, not just triathlons. No nonsense easy to understand good topics.
Really enjoyed listening to Simon talking to Margaret Sills. Good solid advice built on experience and science. Entertaining to hear about the early days of triathlons and what it takes to maintain longevity and enthusiasm for the sport! Thank you. šš½ Roger.
Simon's podcast is excellent, as it considers the whole person, not just swim, bike and run. I like the focus on sleep, nutrition, stength and mobility. Plus he has a wide variety of guests. And Simon is quite down to Earth!
