  • Go back to old format

Great podcast. One of my favorites but the old format was much better. Felt like you were in an actual training class.

  • Running tips 2025

I really liked the episode but really gravitated toward the deviations section of the podcast. Maybe you’ve already had a show on this but I wanted to hear a whole lot more about that! What’s your deviation.. here’s some exercises. A lot of us could use that insight especially if we have longstanding injuries that affect our running/training. Really great podcast!!

  • Setting myself up with energy!

Great insight from experienced athletes for you and me! So many suggestions to consider all the ways to tap into energy. Regular sleep, eating choices by discipline, nutrition, mindset, music, hydration, foam rolling, warm up dynamic exercises, breathing, and stress. They opened my mind to consider its not just a want to have energy, I can regulate my energy desire with creating new habits to fire myself up and get it done, loving the flow of being an athlete!
