  • Good pod cast

I’ve tried a few times to listen to this podcast and it’s clear that they have a lot of experience in coaching and training athletes and I’m sure they get fantastic results. However, I find that the podcasts are slightly preachy and arrogant. Please just tone down the condescension.

  • Great combination podcast

Great combination of interesting interviews and practical triathlon advice. The Gen Gregson interview had some great perspectives on injuries and the 4 Training Sessions to get you Race Ready was really practical.
