Training for my first ironman and I love these conversations. I put them on during my Swift rides. Have learned a ton, and find the dynamic between the hosts to be really refreshing. Taking the sport and amateur athletes’ aspirations seriously, while also recognizing that triathlon fits into life. They also just seem to really respect one another and listen to each other, which makes me feel like this is a really healthy podcast to listen to even beyond the Tri lessons.
