  • Absolute Garbage!!

Terrible! Zero class humour and content, trashy takes, Clickbait-y, trashy tabloid style podcast. Blows my mind people like Jan and Taylor would give this guy their time. Jack Kelly is as low class as they come.

Only thing that’s worst, is having to give one star when no stars are deserved.

Fred Funk Reveals The Biggest Mistake We Are ALL Making In Training
Q: Okay, going back to training, mate. What do you think is the most common mistake that the majority of people make in their training?
There is a lot of hype; amateurs with full-time jobs need to be efficient, so quality over volume is important, but volume generally beats intensity for middle-long distance racing. Without enough volume, you can't sustain the higher intensities over a race.
Road To Ironman 70.3 Oceanside - Episode 8
Q: What are your views on managing your training schedule between hard and easy days?
I think it is beneficial to balance hard and easy days to optimize recovery while maintaining training quality.
Jelle Geens - The Training Program To Win Ironman 70.3 World Championships
Q: What were you thinking on the run with Christian where he kind of just sat on your shoulder all day, put in a few digs?
Jelle stated that Christian Blumenfeld was tough to drop during the run. He also had a bit of hip pain initially but felt good afterward.
Jelle Geens - The Training Program To Win Ironman 70.3 World Championships
Q: Were you fitter on that day than you had been on any of the days that you raced Hayden at the T100?
Yes, that was his best race of the year and he felt fit due to dedicated altitude training before the event.
Road To Ironman 70.3 Oceanside - Episode 7
Q: Where do you think Ari's run really does stack up?
Right now it stacks up really strongly, probably for the first time. Ari's run data is world class.
