  • Unfollowing

Hi. I’m unfollowing your podcast because you idiots put the winner of Barcelona in the title of the podcast, why? WHY? Just title it “Mega result in Barcelona” or something. I wasn’t even going to listen to the podcast I just scrolled past it as I was looking for my morning news updates. Could you just think for a second before you ruin a race?

Who thought it would be a good idea to start putting spoilers in the episode title!? You ruined the race!

  • Stop ruining the race result in your title!

I love your podcast so much, I have to say this first. But PLEASE can you go back to titles of podcasts that DON’T GIVE THE RESULTS OF QUALI OR THE RACE IN THE TITLE OF THE PODCAST EPISODE!! Not everyone can watch live! You used to just say ‘Abu Dhabi Race Review’ etc, and that was it, now you title that episode by the results! Please consider that not everyone can watch live for a multitude of reasons………YOU ARE STILL DOING IT!!!!!!!

  • Stop spoiling results in Titles

Please, Chequered Flag team, you should know your audience better than to put any kind of race result information in a space where your fans cannot control if they see it.

    Titles like:

“Barcelona GP Qualifying: Russel bounces back”

“Monaco GP: Is there any stopping Antonelli?”

“Monaco GP Qualifying: Where were the Ferraris?”

all popped up as notifications before I could watch the race or qualifying same day, or appeared in app.

You have an international audience that has a lot of same/next... more

  • Oh no Rosanne is back 🤦‍♂️.Sort your breathing out Rosanne.

Painful to listen to every single very loud audible in breath taken by Rosanna and her voice intonations are awful!

I have to fast forward past her.

    Please bring Jennie Gow back!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Monaco GP Preview: Are Ferrari Really Favourites?
Q: What do you make of the Antonelli vs Russell title battle heading into Monaco?
Antonelli has shown consistency and pace, forcing Russell to raise his own level; Monaco will test both the driver and the car under high pressure, particularly in qualifying, where small margins decide the outcome.
Canadian GP Preview: Will Antonelli & Russell Do Battle?
Q: Was this weekend a must-win for George Russell?
Russell downplays it as just another race and focuses on his own process, but acknowledges the pressure and the importance of performing well, especially with upgrades and the intra-team battle with Antonelli.
Miami GP Qualifying Review: A Tale of Two Sessions
Q: What changes have been made to improve qualifying under the new rules?
The panel discusses improved grip, more direct qualifying pace, and adjustments around starts and boost deployment, though there is skepticism about how these will perform in varying weather and on different tracks.
Chequered Flag Extra: George Russell Special
Q: So, to just be clear, a final question on this point, is a qualifying lap still driver and car on the absolute limit?
Yes, you can push the car to the limit in qualifying, though there are varying approaches to manage energy and battery use across different corners and laps.
Chequered Flag Extra: Q&A Special
Q: Shall we tackle the Kimi Antonelli part of Andrew Bourne's question first?
Antonelli is considered a title contender given his current lead in the standings, strong team performance, and confidence after recent races, with caution about the long season ahead.
