I’ve been listening to this podcast for a couple of years now and what I love are the episodes of the people behind the drivers. Mechanics, CEOs, Team Principals etc. It really does show how an F1 team is like the car. Any faults in the car it shows, just like an F1 team. Everything and everyone has a purpose.
