    I love how consistent the host is. This is one of the podcasts that has been most helpful for me after my breakup.

    Lucy has a very objective and educational way of discussing things. I especially like her interview podcasts. It’s good how she delves deep into topics and repeatedly emphasizes certain messages across the weeks.
