  • So Helpful, Thank You

I listen to a lot of podcasts and this is the very first podcast that I felt compelled to review. I was blindsided by my Husband’s Infidelity a month ago. I have been doing all the things talking with friends, exercising, moving, but this podcast is spot on and a very helpful. Thank you

  • insanely honest and relatable

This podcast describes the closest to how it feels to be heart broken and everything in between. It really helped me understand my feelings and if you are going through a break up I recommend this podcast since it has a honest friendly aspect almost as if you’re talking to a friend but without the cookie cuttering.

  • Please Respect AA Traditions

I am torn, this podcast has helped me during a breakup, but it could be damaging to AA. I understand that no one follows the traditions hardly, but please do not follow the celebrities, they all break traditions. Maintaining public anonymity helps retain the integrity of the program. I know your heart is in the right place. Thanks.
