I stumbled upon this podcast when searching for self-improvement content and I loved Linda’s message to reclaim our self love and the interconnected-ness of physical, emotional, spiritual selves. I can’t wait to listen to more!
I love how Linda shares how to work with past trauma and how negative thought patterns show up in life through the way we make decisions and as well as patterns of people pleasing and self-doubt that we often don’t even know to question. Linda gently brings to light the patterns that have kept us stuck and then gives a clear path towards freedom by sharing her own personal story. Listening to her feels like a safe space to open up and explore these patterns and consider the possibility of letti... more
Hey Linda I’m new to your podcast and I found your podcast very informative, it made me reflect on a lot. Thank you for your soothing voice, while listening I honestly felt as if I was in a room with a therapist 1:1❤️ thank you
I think fear and anxiety are normalized voices in the heads of so many people, but Linda’s voice and insights make self-care sound like common sense. She even makes it okay that this kind of common sense might take awhile to become common--but her wisdom will get you there. Handling your imperfections like a toddler learning to walk! Excellent metaphors! Her patient cadence can make you feel like it’s possible to replace fear and self-abandonment with honoring your needs. Thank you!
Just listened to the episode on how stress might be affecting our personality and it felt like a warm supportive hug.
I am on a quest to discover resources for myself and clients for developing self love skills. This is such a beautiful self love reframe of “growth and unfolding” like a lotus blossom
