Absolutely love this podcast - Tommy Banks is a naturally great presenter and interviewer and the content is a fabulous mixture of seasonal cooking, farming, and the production of amazing food and drinks in North Yorkshire. He also heralds others who meet similar high ethical and quality standards. The production of the podcast is top quality too!

Having followed Tommy Banks’ journey as a contestant chef in the GMB and subsequently having been lucky enough to dine at The Black Swan and Roots I was extremely sceptical of a chef creating a podcast… however I am hooked! The recipes are easy to follow and there’s just the right mix of theory, visiting the different aspects of the working farm and chatting with the guests! It’s well worth a listen!
