  • One of the most valuable podcasts out there

    I listened to the one on emotions and oh my gosh the analogy about the dog and the owl totally hit home. And the way you Lauren incorporates information about the brain 🧠 to further explain it is brilliant. Anyone can learn from this podcast and bring greater awareness into their life. I would recommend it to parents or anyone wanting to move forward in their life.
