I was hooked from the first episode. And yes, I first heard this on another podcast too. I just wish it was more than once a month because I love it.
♥️ I heard Scott on Attaboy Clarence. I thought that this one could be one for the ages. I figured if Adam Roche recommended it, it had to be great. Never doubt Adam, he knows what he’s talking about. At the first listen to, all I can say is how come did it take so long to discover this podcast. Scott’s description of Zulu was so fascinating, I just bought the blu-ray. 👸🪦👑🤴 🏴😋🏴🫠 N.🇮🇪☘️🏴🍾🇬🇧💂♂️⚽️
Recently found out about the podcast, listened to a few episodes and really enjoyed them, thanks for your work! The episodes are long and I can't listen to them in just one sitting, but they're always worth it :)
I came across this majestic podcast quite by chance when catching Scott on the equally outstanding Glass Onion (John Lennon) podcast hosted by self-effacing, well-researched Antony Rotunno.
They made such a brilliant duo & that I had to check out Scott’s other podcasts and immediately settled into Rainbow Valley on afternoon walks in wet & wild Yorkshire.
And what a fabulous accompaniment they have made whilst listening through my headphones on bracing country walks.

This is one of the best researched, well presented, highest production pods I’ve heard. The quality of the storytelling is tremendous, honestly. The episode on Dusty Springfield was simply fantastic. The eps present a different spin on the 60s. Cannot rate highly enough.
