The episode concerning Robert Plant was kind of a letdown, if you were interested in anything related to Led Zeppelin. He avoided saying anything interesting and mainly kept to his new career. Have been listening to this since it came out and it’s always great. Guy and Gary are clearly great mates but there is a natural sub plot that Gary is the guy who’s written his own hits - including a very big one. Guy’s many achievements are less obvious. There has been some great guests on this podcast
Still waiting for the episode of all the stories that we missed because Pratt interrupted and started shouting about people HE knows or places HE’s been. SHUT UP!
The amount of times I’ve nearly driven the car into a ditch when I hear ‘Can I just interject here, sorry Gary’ 🤦🏻
Only consolation is when he interrupts with a ‘fact’ then immediately gets corrected by the guest and then has a little sulk…
Excellent guests and hosts have a nice relaxed banter but sometimes all the ‘just got back from a party with Sting in Paris’ jetset lifestyle stuff is a bit much.
