British comedian Adam Buxton talks with interesting people. The rambly conversations are sometimes funny, sometimes more serious with funny bits. Adam makes the jingles and records the intros and outros for most episodes while walking with his dog friend Rosie in the East Anglian countryside where he lives with his wife and three children.

So interesting hearing Colin Greenwood talking to Adam. Colin mentioned Radiohead’s manager saying ‘keep it light and keep it moving’ in their approach to interviews. ‘Present Tense’…that’s where I know it from! ‘Don’t get heavy…keep it light and keep it moving’. I’ve always liked that lyric. A hint of sarcasm but perhaps accepting of it at the same time, as a valid attitude to life! Neither one thing or another ❤️

The Tim Key & Tom Basden interview is terrifying on AI and also absolutely hilarious. I love this podcast.
Why have I only discovered this gorgeous podcast in the last 6 months?! It is so wonderful - fantastic interviews and ruminations from Adam who seems like just the sweetest guy whilst also having a brilliant sense of humour and wonderfully quirky creativity.

I listen to this when I’m driving, working, cleaning and also play it to go to sleep and keep it playing all night. Literally the soundtrack to my life, my safe space and a great comfort. And I have learnt so much! I especially love the hug at the end and being told ‘I love you’. Thanks so much Adam. Hope little Rosie dog is ok xx
