  • Encouraging, motivating, and captivating.

    I’m always looking for motivation to stay healthy. I found it encouraging to hear an explanation of how Jon struggled himself as a child and then again after bodybuilding competitions, and how he found the motivation to move forward. Cool that he brings up his mom’s experience as a trainer, and the huge impact on his life.   • Getting after it!

    For the first time ever doing a podcast, I think it’s definitely a solid step forward and came out pretty well. I don’t have a vast amount of knowledge with podcasts, so I’m unsure of how to prepare for one, but I can imagine it takes a lot time to put together a 26 min recording. The more you keep recording, the smoother you will get at talking and transitioning into the next thing. Sounded very clear.
