Your energy is a gift to the world Megan, I so appreciate everything you share on this podcast - it’s changing lives. You are rockstar! 🙏✨
I’m so excited to have discovered this show. I’m truly impressed by the topics and modalities covered in this show. From processing grief to navigating anxiety & depression, Megan shares so many powerful tools and insights to her listeners. Her vulnerability and her passion is incredibly moving and inspiring. Truly a breath of fresh air.
Megan has a wonderful, warm and casual way of explaining in detail and is very knowledgeable about each episode she has carefully created!
This show offers a lot of vulnerability up as a way of connecting with its listeners. I find that approach very refreshing and helpful when it comes to relatability. Perfectionism is something we all deal with ( whether or not we admit it) and the truth is, recognizing the patterning around it is really important, not just in business but in our daily lives. Rewiring our responses to stress and stimuli matter and can help with a more positive outcome than when we don’t.
Great show. Valuable information and fun to listen to. The host has a great voice/energy. Good way to start the day.
I love that the episodes weave in science, education, discussion & action! The combination of theory & practical tools is fantastic. I felt so seen & understood listening to episode 58 on anxiety!
Thank you for sharing such helpful and fascinating information! I love to hear about the mind- body connection and how this can help me feel better!
Megan has a great voice, yes, but it’s also energizing. Listening to her podcasts inspires me to learn and try the techniques she’s sharing. She’s passionate about her material and it comes through. In these crazy times on this planet, the more tools we have like the ones she’s promoting, the better.
Megan is the real deal. Compassionate, wise, and authentic. Listening to her show is like sitting down with a supportive and understanding friend. I really appreciate how her insights are both grounding and inspiring—a refreshing blend for anyone seeking meaningful support and personal growth. Highly recommend!
I binged this podcast and from the minute I started listening, I was totally drawn in by the warm and friendly storytelling, mixed iwth just the right amount of humour that it was impossible not to smile. Megan has a way of making you feel like a friend within minutes of tuning in. I feel like I need to get a rooster now!!
Megan has a natural talent for breaking down some complex concepts into steps that feel doable. Her ability to share her own personal struggles - well it's always nice to... more
I had the pleasure of meeting Megan on a flight when I was at my height of anxiety being on a plane. I cannot begin to tell you how much her energy and strategies helped me.
