  • Punk til I Die: an ACE podcast!

‘Punk til I Die’ is a great podcast! The banter of the two hosts is fun, interesting guests interviewed, top tunes played - keep on keeping on. It’s refreshing to find two like minded souls riffing away on great topics, and nil at all sometimes... but don’t we all now n then. All round, it’s an Ace podcast!! (I thought this got sent 2 yr ago when I did it…)

  • A+ podcast

This podcast is rad! 10/10 recommend to all punk music fans. Tom and Neil’s banter is fantastically hilarious. I like how they add in good music to break it up, and it’s a good mix of popular and rare punk too.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 390: Stiff Little Book.
Q: Why did you choose Stiff Little Fingers as the focus for this Belfast punk story rather than other bands?
Because the album and the band serve as a powerful focal point to tell the broader Belfast punk story—how the scene formed, how it interacted with The Troubles, and how it produced a lasting cultural footprint beyond Belfast and into the larger punk world.
Episode 390: Stiff Little Book.
Q: Did you learn things about Stiff Little Fingers, being a longtime fan, that you didn't know from the book?
Yes, I learned a lot—details about the band's early evolution, the role of management and credit-sharing, and the realities of their Belfast-to-London move that aren't obvious from casual listening or surface histories.
Episode 388: Badterms.
Q: What label got involved and how did the US release come together?
Mark from Lionheart reached out and suggested a US release path, leading to a compilation/LP approach and eventually partnerships with TKO/European distros.
Episode 388: Badterms.
Q: Remind us where you're at geographically, more or less.
Curtiss is in Boston, and the conversation covers his relocation from the LA area, the band's Boston roots, and later European touring as Badterms.
Episode 386: Eat More Possum.
Q: So what were you thinking when you recorded this one, Jeff? What made you want to do a Donna Summers song?
Jeff describes hearing Sunset People as a song that could fit ANTiSEEN's style, notes it took around 30 years to flesh out, and explains Malcolm Tint's eclectic taste helped crystallize the idea, with the track becoming a cornerstone of the Time Machine concept.
