  • I wish Omar could be my therapist!!

Officially my new podcast obsession! I love how Omar brings on such a diverse mix of guests from actors to journalists and even other therapists. He connects every conversation with one simple but powerful question: “what’s one thing from the therapy world that has helped you?”. It’s educational and genuinely helpful without feeling too heavy thanks to Omar’s sense of humor which makes each episode a joy to listen to.

  • Therapy makes you hotter!

Loving this season! Omar’s open and honest discussions from heartbreak, to how hard it is to learn a new skill brings a refreshing and heartfelt voice to the topics we can all relate to. As fellow therapist I LOVE the gentle critique of the pressure to “have a hot take” and the permission to slow down and make space for nuisance.

Q: What do you think is the connection between being a gay boy and Broadway and musical theater?

Q: What is one piece of advice from therapy you live by?

Ep. 27 "This is Boston's Carrie Bradshaw" (W/ Meredith Goldstein)
Q: How often do you hear Sex and the City Carrie Bradshaw comparisons, and how do you respond?
