Q: What would you keep or change in the World Cup branding if you had full control, and how would you address the balance between tradition and fresh energy?
Domo argues for removing overused institutional templates, prioritizing fresh energy and local talent, and avoiding the one-size-fits-all approach, while acknowledging the need for reliable executors in branding partnerships.
Megan Rapinoe & Domo Wells on What Women's Sports Fashion Should Look Like
Q: What is your approach to storytelling in the context of a team like the Spirit or in the broader NWSL, and how does that inform what you bring to the World Cup visual language?
She explains that storytelling starts with community and culture, not just the sport, and emphasizes weaving regional identities, music, and fashion into campaigns to create authentic, non-generic narratives.
Megan Rapinoe & Domo Wells on What Women's Sports Fashion Should Look Like
Q: For you personally, how did you first connect with soccer and what shaped your view of the World Cup culturally?

Abby Wambach Joins Megan Rapinoe's Special World Cup Series
Q: What was Abby inside chasing with the body of extraordinary Abby outside?
There are layers to Abby's drive; at the core, her ambition was shaped by a deep desire for recognition, belonging, and proving herself to those she cared about, while navigating the pressures of being a public figure.
Megan Rapinoe on Why the Media Should Cover the WNBA Differently + Crystal Dunn on Retirement & What’s Next
Q: Paige announced last year on TikTok that y'all were a couple, and I'm wondering if that is still the case, and if so, if y'all have talked to any other couples in the league about how they negotiate that dynamic as pro teammates.
I understand why you have to ask that question, but we're going to respectfully decline from commenting on our players' personal lives.
