  • Best women’s basketball podcast!

I enjoy Sue’s interviews. She addresses the game with deep knowledge. Equally as important, she gives us a glimpse into each player as an individual human being. My only observation is that they all cuss too much.

  • outstanding content

Pros: Fantastic in depth conversation with WNBA players. I come away from each episode loving the featured player even more. Sue Bird was made for this format. Well done!

Cons (an update!): guests are still great. But I am struggling to feel very excited about Sue’s pod given her drift toward pro-management positions and anti-labor politics around the WNBA CBA. Feels symptomatic of white privilege and class power that SB hasn’t fully interrogated.

  • Sue has terrible politics

I love the people Sue has on her show so I’ve been tolerating her moderate/capitalist political leanings but the fact that I just heard her and Nate Tibbetts say that bringing more men and white people into the league is a good thing and filing it under the guise of diversity is a sickening shame.

Sue Bird is an owner and a capitalist and does NOT have the players’ well-being as a priority. She’s here to make money, full-stop. Literally makes me sick.
