  • Feedback for Annie

Hi! I have really loved this podcast in the past, so I’ve tried to get on board when Annie joined the show, but ultimately I think it’s time to part ways until Annie is off the show or develops her takes better. She can be quite emotionally reactive and sometimes catty in her responses, and she often centers herself in situations that are about the basketball or the players. She also sometimes interrupts Zena and Sabreena or can go off on long tangents and it messes with the flow of the show. I ... more

  • I like it

Pretty fun show! I love hearing the hearing more about the wnba history and stats I wasn’t aware of. Giving it a 3 cause it’s a pod with all the history and knowledge just to arrive at terrible conclusions. I’m 10000% sure they failed their research class.

  • Miss when this show was good

This has been my go-to basketball pod for the last couple years with great analysis and ways for me to catch up on games in the W. I held on after Ben left as the amount of analysis and basketball knowledge dipped, loved the addition of Layshia but still felt like the pod needed another basketball mind to bring back the details. Adding Annie has changed the dynamic in the opposite direction and I sadly had to hit the “unsubscribe” button after over 2 years. The pod is now more “hot takes”, rumor... more

  • The downfall of this podcast should be studied.

Was previously the gold standard for women’s basketball podcasts. Fair and balanced and knowledgeable commentary. The episode on trading cards with Annemarie was excellent. Once Ben left this turned into a tabloid rag. With biased takes and no data or facts to support claims. It is more about the drama of things and it is clear certain players are more liked than others. Do not listen if you dare to be a fan of Caitlin Clark for instance.

Lay describes recognizing a breakdown in both physical and mental stamina, the onset of fatigue and grief, and realizing the need to pursue a different path beyond elite basketball.
Why Player-Coach Connections Fuel March Madness Success + Expansion Draft 101
Q: What goes into making a coach effective in late-game moments?

WNBA Star Napheesa Collier Talks Power Moves, CBA, and More!
Q: What was your thought process when you came up with the idea for Unrivaled?
The idea emerged from identifying gaps where players needed more control over their economics and visibility; the founders mapped out a plan, secured early support, and designed a format that would showcase the best talent to sustain and grow interest in women's basketball.
Should Sarah Strong Actually Win Player Of The Year?
Q: How would UConn perform in a stronger conference like the SEC or Big Ten?
