  • Not just moms

It’s great to see podcasts designed for people with special needs children… but disagree with it being aimed at ‘Moms’ rather than parents. As a dad with a special needs child it can also be isolating for us. Not showing help for us as it’s only aimed at moms.

  • She Gets Us Because She Is Us

Lauren has tried and true answers for special needs parents because she’s lived them. Honing in on how I think has been life-giving for me. I love all the little tips to make every day more manageable. And I love her take on “should” as that can be so heavy.
