Loved & connected with this episode. I lost my husband of 43 yrs and am so lonely. I have a great church family & 2 amazing daughters but I want some one to go to dinner, movies etc! My therapist insists on me finding that person but I’m scared of dating apps. Too many scams. I encouraged after listening. Thank you!

It was interesting to watch Dominique try to negotiate around some of the clearly ageist , fat-hating, superficial values of her guest, Caroline la Bouchard. Instead of feeling empowered by this episode, which as a 71-year-old woman I was hoping to, I felt deflated and somewhat defensive. Suffice it to say I will not be following Caroline la Bouchard.
