Iv only just started using podcasts and I am so happy this is the first one Iv ever listened too.
I can’t stop listening now, it’s so interesting and hopeful I honestly love it!!!
Thank you so much for this x
I love this podcast! It has such unique topics and a great host! A must-listen-to!
Hey, I’m based in the London and came across this podcast last month when searching for something to listen to in my art studio. I’ve recently been looking into wellness and spirituality in my work so wanted something that chimed with that. This podcast is now my go to! - which is why I’m also happy to have a whole backlog of episodes to work through. This podcast is super easy to listen to because of its conversational nature - like an easy roll out of bed on a sunny Sunday! It comes at our rel... more
I found this podcast in August and am
currently working my way through a series of mini binges, lol. This is a podcast for anyone interested in holistic self-care, thoughtful conversation and deep immersion into the elements of the natural world. You’ll find topics ranging from food, nutrition, self-care, multiple healing modalities, Ayurveda, and being in nature, to consciousness, Vedic astrology, and rejecting mainstream ideas on what constitutes a desirable body. Every guest is special - an ... more
Alyssa speaks directly to my heart. I am so so glad I found a podcast and a community of like minded individuals who care deeply about our connection to ourselves and to nature. It is a breath of fresh air, a listing of peace and every episode brings me closer to nature.
I can’t wait to follow along and see what continues to unfold in the journey of remembering just how deep our connection to nature really is.

Really one of my favorite podcasts! It always leaves me feeling inspired and refreshed. So grateful for these beautiful conversations 🤍
When was the last time you thought
that a podcast host was a good listener?
yet, that was the first striking and most
startling observation I made listening to
the show.
Alyssa Benjamin genuinely enjoys listening,
learning and blooming through her conversations
with her guests and it's evident in every episode.
She is both a student and teacher of all things
nature.

I came across Our nature podcast in at the beginning of the pandemic, when I myself was beginning to look inward and focus on what was missing in my life and how to reconnect back to where I came from. Our nature came at exactly the right time. Teaching me simple ways to connect back into my own nature and the nature of my surroundings and my background. I love Alyssa’s taste in guests and I have learned so much from these episodes! THANK YOU xxx
The passion and pure heart is very clear behind this show! It’s also clearly a show of service! Sharing this precious wisdom With awesome guests. Thank you AB!
I listened to the Danielle Beinstein episode and loved it. Loved how Alyssa navigated the conversation and am already a fan of DB. Thank you! I subscribed.
Very genuine and raw. I enjoy the range of guests and their knowledge of different topics.
I love the genuine and rawness of all of these interviews, and how the middle world between nature and urban living are discussed. Also, as someone beginning her Ayurvedic studies, I appreciate the knowledge on that as well.
This show has inspired me in more ways than one. Every time I listen I feel more connected to the nature that surrounds us and that is within us. Alyssa is so thoughtful and the episodes and masterfully crafted. I always look forward to the next one!
I happened upon this podcast one month into my 200 hour yoga teacher training and have just gotten back from a transforming nature retreat in Iceland, and this podcast has been a thread that keeps me connected to the feelings I felt when I was there. There is so much to know about our nature and for me it’s not always easy to find a way connect to it. Yoga and reiki have been the only two things that have brought me closer to the natural world, and now with this podcast, I feel like all of a sud... more
I love the topics and the deep conversations.
