I love this pod so far as I feel like I’m in the room and a part of the conversations. Loved the knowledge/advice the guests have brought to the table as it is both digestible and easy to apply. Appreciating the reflection these nuanced conversations about relationships is conjuring ! Friendships are often so private and honestly not well considered. Feels refreshing to get a window into others as consider my one.
I wanted to love this podcast because I’m newly sober curious, but the episodes are too similar (and often repetitive) to hold my interest. I will say, Olivia had a lovely voice to listen to and is very skilled at expressing herself.
Some of us can’t tolerate bananas (or any sugar, natural or otherwise), it doesn’t make us orthorexic. You made fun of people for not putting bananas in smoothies in 2016 as you said, but bananas really do spike your blood sugar… it wasn’t just a wellness fad.
