I’ve had the privilege of taking Crystal’s classes, and she really is a queen instructor. She’s got great energy about fitness, life, and the people around her. I’m not much of a podcast gal, but I knew this one would be worth listening to. AND IT IS! I highly recommend giving this a listen, ASSP!!
This podcast is everything; it makes you feel inspired, motivated to be the best you can be and be a go-getter. Crystal is the real deal. She doesn’t sugarcoat things or say what she thinks you want to hear. She is all about sharing real stories and making the best of real situations. Plus Crystal is funny, sassy, creative, energetic which makes listening to her podcasts an easy part of your day. Give this a listen, I promise you won’t regret it.
Crystal is fantastic and has such an “intune view” of life which makes her enjoyable to listen to her podcast. Her motivation and motivation are great, but she connects the world both with depth and fun which can almost become addictive. Cannot wait for more!
I can’t think of a person more qualified than Crystal to talk about all things on and “off the bike!” I’m not much of a cycler but with Crystal at the podium I’m there! I’ve had the privilege of growing up with Crystal and have looked up to her my whole life. So glad everyone now has this chance to learn and grow along side her! This podcast is inspirational, encouraging, and fun, just like Crystal!!
This podcast is my new go- to! Crystal keeps it real, relatable, and digs deep into the core of it all- human connection. So thankful that Crystal is inviting people all over the world to a conversation I didn’t know I needed to be apart of!!
This individual is what i would call, the dogs nuts!👍 I’ve always loved riding bicycles and when i was presented to ride indoors i was hesitant. The first few classes were very meh, until we decided to try this 5:15am😳 class with this Crystal chick. Omg... the difference was night and day, there was energy in the room, i felt like i was learning and not given orders... i wanted to be there! I could go on and on but ultimately Crystal, is a phenomenal person on and “off the bike”. A pleasure to... more
Crystal’s indoor cycling class got me hooked- for the workout, but mostly for the positive energy she brings and encouragement she gives. She makes you want to do better and be better.
Crystal is one of my favorite instructors so when I found out she was doing this off the bike podcast, I had to tune in! Now I’m hooked on this podcast too!
I highly recommend Crystal! The amount of motivation she gives everyone to just show up for yourself and continued support she gives to her people is beyond amazing! She is bad ass and I’m grateful to call her a friend!
Can’t wait to hear what will be shared here! This girl always aspires to be the change in the world we all want to see/hear!
