I only wish I knew about this podcast sooner! Each episode is a reminder that the range of what I experience is normal, that there is nothing wrong with us, and that we are allowed to feel cruddy and happy and be complex. Great guests, great banter, a real community feel that it feels a privilege to eavesdrop on.

This is an excellent podcast. There are so many worthy topics touched upon. Though I don’t have MS I’m finding so much value in all of the issues discussed. After a year of seeing multiple specialists for an unknown condition (which I know by comparison is not that long) hearing was these stories have given me a sense of not being alone.
