When devastating news hits, these affirmations will help get you through those toughest days.
Stop giving the remote control of your emotional state over to other people. No one gets to decide how you will feel but you. Works for annoying people at work and, umm, other annoying people in general.
I am looking for a morning meditation that used to be on one of your podcasts. It had bird sounds in the background and was one of my go to choices every morning. Is there anyway you can re-release that one?
Love this podcast! Your voice and these affirmations are so helpful. Please release more episodes! Thanks for all you do.
Stin has such a way of easing my mind when my anxiety is screaming at me! Been using this podcast for years! And it has changed my energy and taught me grounding and brought me so much gratitude!
I wish there were more. Such a soothing voice and presence.
I love this podcast and everything about it. I’ve been following her for a bit from her mediations on her app. Very loving and helping listeners embrace self love.
This podcast has been one of my favorites since 2009!!! For over a decade it’s given me calm and helped me through hard times, as well as helped me sleep, better than any app I’ve tried. Love love love. So grateful for this app.
The episode I listened to about anxiety started off great, and was incredibly helpful. Somewhere mid-episode she decided to tell a personal story about divorce and therapy it just didn’t seem to fit the episode and detracted from everything else she was saying. I might try a couple more and then update.
A reminder that I can control how I react and also that I am not responsible for how others respond... was nothing something I needed to hear. How she chose to be realistic and not sugar coat real life instances when anger is triggered became both comforting and educational. Thank you .
Loved the real ness of this conversation. It was like they were having my conversation. Good job guys. Loved it. Best of luck to you
Please don’t stop. Your words and voice are so calming and refreshing. Thank you so very much for this podcast
Stin , why couldn’t you create a seperately podcast if you want to “ talk”
You are absolutely amazing! You are bringing a newfound light to my light and helping me understand my brain. Please continue to make more episodes!!
The host has a soothing voice. I like that the host uses storytelling to help us consider truths. A favourite episode is “this too will pass”.
I listen to this in the morning on 1.5x speed. This podcast gives the most
succinct, deep level of help that I’ve found. Her voice is also very easy to listen to in the morning.
P.S. A lot of the low star reviews are for the “Podcast App” itself, not this podcast channel. (Old podcasts getting deleted, etc). This channel is amazing.
Huge help, thank you for this podcast. Love and light to you. Affirmations are amazing.
