A simple and straight forward approach to mental health. This podcast is a breath of fresh air, and I'm excited for season 2!
Andrea and Mary Beth tackled pertinent issues and gave some really great tips to help identify said issues / negative thoughts / self-detrimental thinking patterns and behaviors, etc. and provided tools to help navigate them in a more healthy way. And they did all of this without sounding preachy about any of it. Listening to them talking on the podcast felt like listening to my friends. I really enjoyed season 1 and I’m looking forward to many more seasons in the future!
Mary Beth and Andrea break down the basics into take-aways that I can actually apply to my daily life. Their down to earth personalities make it feel like I’m hanging out with my friends… who also happen to be licensed therapists.
The podcast is a great take on modern mental health and an easy way to work it into your daily routine. Bring on season 2!
My Therapist Thinks addresses real life topics in digestible episode segments. The content is extremely relatable. Mary Beth and Andrea are skilled at providing tools for listeners to address these topics in their lives so the same pattern doesn’t keep repeating itself. I have recommended this podcast to many family member me and friends. Can’t wait for Season 2!
