The info is good but I can’t listen to the AI voices.
I lost 50 pounds relatively quickly when I went on Mounjaro but have lived on a plateau for a year. I know it’s good that I am maintaining and not gaining it back, but struggling to get to my goal of another 30lbs down.
It was great to listen to this and learn more about what the community is going thru. I look forward to listening to every episode. ❤️
Solid helpful content in a welcome short bite format. That said, the “co-host” Sarah’s cadence is suspiciously and annoyingly robotic. Not human. It’s not what “she” says, it’s how “she” says it. Ick. C’mon Scott, please do better.
I know I am not alone - so thank you for all of this information. Great community!
