This podcast series has been such an important part of empowering myself during my own treatment and recovery to think about things differently and ask the right questions. Highly recommend to anyone in the same position. Thank you for putting together such excellent and relevant episodes.
A diverse mix of subjects, I particularly like the ones on nutrition and integrative approaches. Has reinforced to me that we need to take full responsibility for our health. The NHS is great in so many ways but fails to take into account other factors, nutrition being a key one.
I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and have found this podcast invaluable and very inspiring as I go through my treatment journey. I have so many questions and things I want to do to help myself through this and have found the topics Tasha has covered incredibly useful, thank you.
