    As a paramedic, learning about best practice management and EBM in the ER in addition to the pre-hospital environment is advantageous. The presenters are humble and pragmatic and their witty banter has me smiling in my response car on my long trips in remote WA.

    Many pre-hospital and EM podcast hosts are American or Canadian, I find the UK accents to be more easy listening.
