Jacob clearly knows what he’s talking about and cares a lot about compiling accurate and relevant information for anyone interested in improving their motocross skills. Makes me want to start training right away!
I am impressed with how in depth Jacob is when discussing strength and conditioning and how it applies to motocross. It blows me away how much training goes into this sport and Jacob provides a new perspective which I can really appreciate as a fan of the sport.
