However, discusses questionable concepts that could put listeners in a worse situation than they are currently in. Only presents strategies that benefit him and discusses it from his point of view. Does not present an impartial perspective why a strategy would make sense.
I just listened to the HELOC episode, and even though I’ve had one for just over a year, I learned things that the bank did not share with me. It seems like one of those things that we’re all supposed to know about as adults, but Peach puts it in language for the beginner and the advanced. I always feel savvier after listening to his episodes!
