  • Everything this mom needed and more

I have enjoyed listening to the MomQ podcasts. The wealth of wisdom and knowledge I have gained is immeasurable. Each individual brings a treasured truth that grows me and challenges me to live life in light of this truth and each time I do, transformation happens. So many favorites but the one I love is “Lindsey Werner: Giving the Gift of Resiliency to Our Kinds and Compassion for Ourselves”. It’s everything this mom needed and more!
