I have struggled to find a really good podcast that explains the life-changing concepts of GNM, but this one is wonderful! Lishui explains these sometimes complex topics clearly, and entertainingly too. I appreciate that most episodes are pretty short so they aren’t as intimidating to share with others. The first few episodes especially are a great intro to GNM, but even the later episodes about more specific topics are accessible to anyone. Thank you Lishui!
Concepts that are difficult to grasp are broken down and presented in a simple and easy to understand manner
Thank you!
