I loved the black pudding & mango sandwich idea. Something complicated but easy to master ! I also LOVED the toasted BLT sandwich. Never had one like that before and when fried, the bread is delicious and makes a subtle but highly effective and tasty change to what’s normally a boring combination. MG’s recipes are so accessible and easy and he is great fun to listen to. Where are updates and new ones, though ? Can MG please post more recipes.
