  • One of my new favorite podcasts

Oh my gosh how I needed this. Cheri is simplifying the mystery of meditation for me. She has made me finally grasp why we all need it! She’s so smart. She’s so interesting. She’s so funny. And she’s so real. I love love love the amazing variety of ways she talks about our brains, science and the clinically-proven benefits of regularly practiced meditation. Meditation is real. I get it now. Love her. So thankful for her podcast!

  • Cheri, you’re a star!

I learn so much from Cheri Flakeā€˜s podcasts. I think she’s right on. I’ve done some of the things that Cheri has suggested, and they work. Having a more positive outlook has helped me in my daily life in many ways. I have also begun to enjoy the benefits of meditation. Cheri, I’m going to miss you over the break! And, I looked at your Halloween costumes and all I can say is WOW! Soooo cute! I can tell you love Halloween.

Honest, accessible, real. I love how Cheri makes meditation something I can do everyday. In the past when I’ve tried, I’ve almost felt pressure to meditate ā€œcorrectlyā€ … not any more!
